Key Responsibilities

- Perform weight measurement and natural testing for loose diamonds and finished jewellery (distinguishing natural vs. synthetic/lab-grown diamonds).

- Verify physical stock against lab/certification documents.

- Process Coral entries for certificates and diamond grading records.

- Perform Tag / Synergic entries for diamonds and jewellery items.

- Log and perform result updates of diamond testings and lab certification reports into the database.

- Capture transparent high-resolution photography of customer pieces/order items for inventory records, customer approvals, and internal verification.

- Maintain comprehensive inventory and stock records using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation).

- Generate daily/weekly reporting on tested stock, certification statuses, and stock movement.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
