- Experience: Min 5 Years (Real Estate industry mandatory)
- Education: B.E. Civil Engineering
- Location: Head Office, Balewadi, Pune (In-office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Budgeting: Prepare detailed project cost estimates, cash flows, and feasibility reports.
- BOQ & Take-offs: Extract quantities from drawings to prepare precise Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Rate Analysis: Conduct market-rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
- Billing: Verify contractor RA bills, manage extra items, and handle final closures.
- Cost Control: Monitor expenses against the budget to prevent cost overruns.
- Sourcing: Create comparative statements and assist in vendor negotiations.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in Punes residential/commercial real estate market.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Solid negotiation and analytical skills.
