About the Opportunity:

Hirely is recruiting on behalf of one of our hiring partners for experienced Software Engineers, QA Engineers, SDETs, and Test Automation Engineers to support a cutting-edge AI evaluation project.

You'll help improve next-generation AI systems by reviewing browser-based testing workflows used to evaluate AI-generated web applications. Your work will ensure browser automation tests are reliable, deterministic, and production-ready before becoming part of large-scale AI benchmark datasets.

Responsibilities:

As part of the project, you may:

- Review browser-based evaluation workflows for AI-generated web applications.
- Validate automated UI and end-to-end tests for correctness, reliability, and reproducibility.
- Assess browser interactions, fixtures, setup, assertions, and execution flow.
- Identify flaky tests, hidden dependencies, unstable automation, and ambiguous validation logic.
- Verify deterministic pass/fail outcomes across browser automation scenarios.
- Provide structured technical feedback following detailed review guidelines.
- Help improve AI evaluation datasets by ensuring high-quality software testing standards.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, SDET, or Test Automation.
- Strong experience testing modern web applications.




- Hands-on experience with browser automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Experience writing automated UI and end-to-end test suites.
- Strong understanding of test isolation, fixtures, reproducibility, and browser automation best practices.
- Excellent debugging, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote workplace.

Compensation:

- Earn $30-$60 per hour , depending on experience and project requirements.
- Flexible remote contractor engagement.
