We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our platform through robust testing practices and automation frameworks. Role Overview

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions while ensuring high-quality software releases. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to validate functionality, performance, and reliability across our SaaS and Conversational AI products. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and SaaS applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and execute automated test cases for UI, APIs, and backend services.
- Conduct end-to-end testing for chatbot and voicebot workflows, ensuring accuracy in NLP and intent recognition.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards for SaaS platforms.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for release validation and production readiness testing.




- Analyze test results, prepare quality reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions to ensure quality from the early stages of development.
- Stay updated with QA best practices, emerging automation tools, and Conversational AI testing methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Locust is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create test plans, test cases, automation suites, and quality reports.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
