About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst & Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and functionality of web applications, APIs, and reports, while also coordinating project activities to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manual testing, defect tracking, and project management, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced setting.

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from India, supporting our application development and production support teams with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on manual testing experience. Strong knowledge of SQL for backend data validation and API testing using Postman is essential. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Excel,



and SharePoint is required.

Candidates should have a good understanding of accessibility standards, including ADA, Section 508, or WCAG, and experience testing web applications, PDFs, reports, and database functionalities. Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills are vital, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Candidates must be willing to work the full shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Responsibilities As a QA Analyst & Project Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include performing comprehensive testing of web applications, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. You will create and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data, ensuring thorough coverage of application functionalities. Backend data validation using SQL and API testing with Postman will be key components of your role.

Additionally, you will be responsible for testing application-generated PDFs and reports, as well as conducting accessibility and ADA compliance testing to ensure inclusivity. You will identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution and retesting. Maintaining detailed project trackers, testing documentation, and adhering to deadlines and dependencies are critical aspects of your role.





You will also gather daily updates from the development team, prepare consolidated status reports, and follow up on tasks, blockers, and timelines. Coordinating application demos, UAT activities, production releases, and post-release validation will be part of your responsibilities. Effective communication with stakeholders and escalation of critical issues will ensure smooth project execution and quality assurance.
