About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst & Project Coordinator to join our application development and production support team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications through comprehensive testing and effective project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing manual testing processes, tracking defects, coordinating project activities, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely from India, supporting a global team and contributing to critical project deliverables. The role requires a blend of technical testing expertise and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in manual testing.

Strong knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.

Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman.





Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.

Understanding of accessibility standards including ADA, Section 508, and WCAG.

Experience testing web applications, PDFs, reports, and database functionalities.

Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is preferred.

Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Willingness to work the full shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Responsibilities Perform various testing types including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing for web applications.

Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Conduct backend data validation using SQL queries to verify data integrity and accuracy.

Test APIs using Postman to validate endpoints, responses, and integration points.

Verify application-generated PDFs and reports for accuracy and compliance.

Perform accessibility testing to ensure adherence to ADA, Section 508, and WCAG standards.

Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.

Maintain and update project trackers, testing documentation, and schedules to meet deadlines and dependencies.





Gather daily updates from development teams and prepare consolidated status reports for stakeholders.

Coordinate application demos, UAT activities, production releases, and post-release validations.

Attend project meetings, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.

Follow up with developers on tasks, blockers, and timelines to ensure smooth project progression.
