Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere in India)

Contract Duration: 2 to 3 Weeks (Possibility of Extension)

Working Model: Flexible working hours

Commitment: Minimum one approved task per day (approximately 7 to 8 hours of work)

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Python Backend Engineers for an exciting frontier AI data initiative with a leading US-based Data & AI company. This is an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI infrastructure and training data development while working with a globally distributed engineering team.

- Build Python backend applications that replicate popular SaaS platforms such as Slack, Jira, Linear, Notion, Gmail, and Wikis.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Perform backend testing, integration validation, and quality assurance.
- Build new connectors and enhance existing integrations.




- Mine data and workflows to create realistic AI training tasks.
- Validate data quality and develop evaluation rubrics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams using AI coding assistants throughout development and testing.
- Participate in onboarding, calibration, and quality review cycles.

Preferred candidate profile .

Required Skills(Mandatory)

- Minimum 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), hands-on experience with Docker and Dockerization.
- Experience building backend applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Strong understanding of Git, version control, testing, and software engineering best practices.
- Proficiency with Claude / Claude Code (mandatory).
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.
