REQUIREMENT SUMMARY The HR Technology Transformation Lead will spearhead the comprehensive implementation of HRMS systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Based in Bangalore, this strategic role involves acting as a crucial link between various stakeholders such as business units, HR leadership, IT teams, and external implementation partners.

Description

- 815 years of experience in HR technology, HR transformation, or HRMS implementation programs.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
- Proven experience leading implementations of platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or Darwinbox.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with HR leaders, business executives, and technical teams.
- Experience in program governance, issue resolution, vendor management, and change adoption.
- Positive understanding of AI-based tools and the agentification of HR processes.
- Preference for immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice.





Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of HRMS systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed solution requirements for HRMS implementation.
- Oversee program governance, issue resolution, and vendor management to ensure successful delivery of the transformation agenda.
- Facilitate change adoption by integrating new systems and processes smoothly into the organization.
- Utilize AI-based tools to drive innovation and agentification within HR processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, ensuring alignment throughout the transformation process.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR technology solutions, drawing on extensive experience in HRMS implementations.
