Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a delightful shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty and skincare products.
- Demonstrate product usage and educate customers on beauty routines.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, clean, and attractively displayed.
- Maintain product knowledge on new launches and ongoing promotions.
- Process billing and support day-to-day store operations.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (12th Pass) or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, retail, or FMCG sales is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty, skincare,



and customer service.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule
- Rotational Shifts
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekly Off as per roster
