Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities
- Source and develop reliable domestic & international vendors
- Handle quotations, price negotiations, commercial terms and Purchase Orders
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials and other required items
- Develop and maintain solid vendor and supplier relationships
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing and delivery
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Logistics and Management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage procurement costs
- Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, pricing and delivery
- Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations, POs and invoices
- Prepare regular purchase reports and provide procurement updates to management
- Lead and guide the purchase team for smooth procurement operations
