WE ARE HIRING – RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Kalher, Bhiwandi

Position: Raw Material Procurement Executive

Salary: Up to 30k (No Bar for the Right Candidate)

(Final salary will be offered based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and procurement capabilities.)

Key Responsibilities

Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for raw materials as per approved requirements Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery commitments

Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely material dispatch and receipt

Track all open purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records

Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments

Monitor material shortages and proactively resolve supply-related issues

Update ERP/software with PO, delivery, and supplier information

Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and received quantities

Prepare weekly reports on pending deliveries and procurement status

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and support vendor development

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Graduate in any discipline ✔ 1–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management

✔ Experience in Footwear, Leather, Apparel, Manufacturing, or FMCG industries preferred

✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

✔ Robust follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple suppliers, purchase orders,



and deadlines simultaneously

✔ Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and result-oriented

Preferred Industry Knowledge

✔ Knowledge of footwear raw materials such as soles, uppers, insoles, chemicals, accessories, packaging materials, fabrics, PU leather, synthetic leather, and other components ✔ Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage

We manufacture stylish and comfortable sandals using PU Leather and Synthetic Leather, catering exclusively to the Indian domestic market.
