RALINGTON EXPORTS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive – Interior Products to manage the procurement of interior and architectural materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase planning, and timely procurement of quality interior products.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and develop vendors for interior and furnishing products.

- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Procure interior materials such as:
- Laminates & Veneers
- Plywood, MDF & Particle Board
- Decorative Panels
- Modular Kitchen Accessories
- Wardrobe Fittings & Hardware
- Furniture Hardware
- Glass & Mirrors
- Wallpapers
- PVC Panels & WPC Products
- Wooden Flooring, Vinyl Flooring & SPC Flooring
- Ceiling Materials
- Door Hardware & Architectural Hardware
- Decorative Lighting
- Bathroom Accessories & Sanitary Fittings
- Curtains, Blinds & Upholstery Materials




- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding production, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and project teams for smooth material availability.
- Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, and Sorting).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
