Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Purchase

Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including raising and tracking purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely supply of raw materials, packaging, and other operational requirements. The role involves coordinating with vendors for quotations, negotiations, delivery schedules, and quality compliance, while maintaining accurate purchase records and documentation.

Executive will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels,



control costs, and support production timelines. The role also includes monitoring market trends, identifying reliable suppliers, and contributing to continuous improvement in purchasing processes and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, with experience handling vendor selection, negotiation, and contract terms.

Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, including documentation, tracking, and compliance with internal processes.

Effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or related manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.

Ability to work with ERP or procurement software, and strong MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and a structured approach to managing timelines and priorities.

Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.

Demonstrated integrity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, scaling organization.
