- BE Civil/ Diploma in Civil 3 to 5 yrs experience in Industrial Construction.

- Proficient in Estimation Soft ware & MS office .

- Robust Negotiation , attention to detail & Time management.

- Familiar to Procurement software & Microsoft office.

Key Responsibilities

- Source raw materials, engineering components, machinery, and consumables.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and maintain vendor relationships.

- Obtain quotations, compare technical and commercial offers, and negotiate pricing.

- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.

- Coordinate with engineering, production, stores, and quality teams to understand procurement requirements.

- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

- Conduct vendor performance evaluations based on quality, delivery, and cost.

- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.

- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.

- Support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and statutory requirements.
