- Assist in drafting press releases, media notes, speeches, Q&A; documents, and other PR materials.

- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, digital) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

- Maintain and update media contact lists and databases

- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses.

- Monitor media coverage, prepare daily/weekly reports, and evaluate PR activities using analytics tools.

- Support in organizing press events, interviews, and promotional campaigns.

- Actively pitch company stories, events, and initiatives to media outlets.

- Maintain the company’s social media presence by coordinating posts and updates.

- Manage basic inquiries from media, partners, and the public.

- Contribute to PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation.





- Assist in managing crisis communication under the guidance of senior management.

- Ensure brand consistency across media interactions, events, and communications.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, journalism, public relations, media studies, or a related field.

- 0–2 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media.

- Must have robust written and verbal communication skills (English & Tamil).

- Familiarity with media relations, social media, and PR tools.

- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
