Spirezen Enterprises Pvt Ltd is a Coimbatore-based multi-vertical company spanning digital marketing and branding (TheDaleDigiNova), MUN conferences and leadership training (TheDaleMUN), communication and digital-skills workshops (TheDaleWordweft), enterprise SaaS (Spirezen ERP, Finance Manager), and recruitment and outreach (Clout Circle). We build and ship our own web platforms and internal tools, and we're looking for a hands-on MERN developer to help scale them. Role Summary

We're hiring a Public Relations Officer to manage Spirezen's public-facing presence — handling media relations, social media management, and brand reputation across all verticals. You'll be the voice that builds trust with press, partners, and the public. Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute public relations strategy across Spirezen's business verticals.

Manage day-to-day social media presence — posting, community engagement, and response management across platforms.

Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and relevant influencers.

Draft press releases, media pitches, and PR content for launches, events, and announcements.

Coordinate PR and media presence for events such as MUN conferences and workshops.





Monitor brand mentions and online reputation; flag and help manage any reputational risks.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent public messaging.

Track social media and PR performance and report on reach, sentiment, and engagement.

Skills

Communication

Strong communication skills in both Tamil and English

Confident, skilled presence when representing the brand externally

PR & Social Media

Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization

Understanding of media relations and press outreach

Basic content creation skills (captions, short releases, talking points)

Event coordination experience is a plus Good to Have

Existing media or press contacts in Tamil Nadu/Kerala

Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors

Prior PR experience in education, consulting, or SME/B2B sectors

Crisis communication experience Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

1–2+ years of experience in PR, communications, or social media management

Strong portfolio of past PR campaigns, press coverage, or social media growth preferred Work Details
