Role Overview

MOAR Advisory is seeking a Public Relations Account Senior Executive to join our Bengaluru team. In this role, you will manage client mandates across sectors, develop strategic communications content, build strong media relationships, and drive measurable PR outcomes. This position offers a strong growth opportunity within the dynamic GCC landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

- Demonstrate strong client engagement capabilities and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end deliverables for multiple client mandates across sectors including retail, BFSI, healthcare & pharma, defence, telecommunications, technology, and e-commerce.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution.

Content & Messaging Development

- Collaborate with clients to craft strategic messaging aligned with brand positioning and target audiences.
- Create compelling communication materials including press releases, articles, media notes, and other content assets.

Media Relations & Outreach

- Build and nurture relationships with journalists and media stakeholders relevant to client industries.
- Pitch story ideas and secure meaningful media coverage to enhance client visibility.

Monitoring & Reporting





- Track and analyse media coverage to assess brand perception and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic client reports summarizing media mentions, trends, reach, and sentiment analysis.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging media opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 35 years in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Education: Masters degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Research Analysis, or a related discipline.

Desired Skills

- Prior experience working in PR agencies or media platforms managing multiple clients.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
- Established media relationships and strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem (preferred).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to integrate new ideas, tools, and innovative approaches into communications strategy.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills, and demonstrated capabilities.
