The Mind Project
Mysuru
Company Description The Mind Project is an online mental health platform that connects individuals across India with licensed psychologists and therapists through secure video, audio, and chat consultations. It offers integrated care by combining qualified consultations with AI-powered mood tracking and personalized self-care pathways in a single, easy-to-use experience.
Guided by the belief that “you treat a person, not a disease,” every user is supported by a dedicated Care Navigator to ensure continuity and compassionate support. Designed to be stigma-free, affordable, and accessible in multiple Indian languages, The Mind Project makes high-quality mental health care available from major cities like Mumbai to small towns in Karnataka. The platform enables people to access care on their phones, at their own pace, and on their own terms.
Role Description The Psychiatrist at The Mind Project will provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for individuals with a range of mental health concerns, with a focus on collaborative care with psychologists and therapists. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing medication plans, documenting clinical notes in the platform, and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions.
The role also involves offering guidance on complex cases, contributing to care pathways,
and ensuring that treatment plans are culturally sensitive and aligned with best-practice standards. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Mysore, where in-person consultations and team meetings are complemented by remote work and tele-psychiatry sessions.
