Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Coordinate with developers for project updates, pricing, and inventory.
- Onboard new real estate projects and maintain project information.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and successfully close property transactions.




- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales updates.
- Stay updated with Hyderabad’s real estate market trends, projects, and pricing.

Requirements

- Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in real estate sales will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn attractive incentives.
- Basic understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market is preferred.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
