We are hiring a Property Manager for a resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily property operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences, managing maintenance and housekeeping, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort property.
- Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, and Security teams.
- Monitor property maintenance and ensure all facilities are well-maintained.
- Manage staff schedules and supervise operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Monitor occupancy, bookings, and property performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Support management in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in resort, hotel, or property management.
- Experience in hospitality operations is preferred.
