Role Description The Property Manager - NCR (Entry Level) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, focused on overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties.

Responsibilities include coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready, and managing basic inventory and supplies. The role involves communicating with guests and owners, addressing routine queries or issues, and escalating complex matters to senior team members when needed.

The Property

Manager will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, conduct periodic property inspections,



and assist with implementing JadeCaps’ standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality. The position also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting basic reporting, and contributing to a smooth, reliable experience for guests and property owners.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, owners, and operations teams.

Candidates should possess basic organizational and time-management skills to coordinate check-ins, maintenance schedules, and property readiness.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field are beneficial.

Prior internship or entry-level experience in property management, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for weekends or holiday shifts as required by property operations.
