Role Description The Property Manager – Delhi (Entry Level) is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring units are clean and well-maintained, and supporting smooth guest experiences.

The Property

Manager will liaise with owners, guests, and service vendors, handle basic inquiries, and escalate issues when needed.

Responsibilities include conducting regular property inspections, maintaining inventory and supplies, capturing and updating property information in internal systems,



and supporting documentation and reporting. The role also requires collaborating with the central operations team to implement JadeCaps standards, uphold brand guidelines, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, owners, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess basic operations and coordination skills, including time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail in on-site property management.
- Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving skills to address guest concerns, resolve minor issues, and ensure a positive stay experience.
- Candidates should possess digital literacy skills, including comfort using mobile apps, property management tools, and spreadsheets for documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should possess adaptability and learning agility, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adopt new technologies and processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, real estate, business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in hospitality, facilities management, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to travel within the Greater Delhi Area for property visits and to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
