Prometeon Tyre Group has announced a leadership reorganisation, appointing three senior executives and launching a new global commercial division to support its international growth strategy.
The company, which specialises in tyres for commercial, agricultural, and off-the-road (OTR) applications, confirmed the appointment of Francesco Antonacci as Chief Commercial Officer, Federica Boscolo as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Antonio Melone as Chief Manufacturing Officer. All will report to Deputy General Manager Liang Yuan.
New global commercial division
Francesco Antonacci, previously CEO of Prometeon’s Europe Region, will now lead the newly formed Global Commercial Division. With a background in economics and previous roles at Pirelli and Prometeon, Antonacci will be tasked with expanding the group’s global footprint, enhancing customer engagement, and identifying new market opportunities.
Human resources and manufacturing leadership
Federica Boscolo steps into the role of CHRO, bringing broad international HR experience. Since joining Prometeon in 2018, she has focused on aligning talent strategies with business priorities. Her recent remit includes reinforcing the company’s people-first approach.
Antonio Melone, appointed as CMO, brings a strong track record from firms such as Magneti Marelli and Whirlpool. His focus will be on improving production performance and operational efficiency across Prometeon's manufacturing sites.
The changes form part of Prometeon’s wider strategy to strengthen internal capabilities and better position the company for future challenges.
