Role Overview The Promoter will be responsible for creating product awareness, driving product trials, and increasing sales of Unbore Foods products at retail outlets, supermarkets, and promotional events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively represent the brand while achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and demonstrate Unbore Foods products to customers at assigned retail stores and modern trade outlets.

- Engage with customers, explain product features, benefits, and unique selling points.

- Encourage product sampling and convert customer interest into sales.

- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper shelf visibility.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store team to avoid stock-outs.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and sampling targets.

- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.





- Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers.

- Ensure branding materials, POSM, and promotional displays are properly installed and maintained.

- Submit daily reports on sales, customer interactions, stock status, and competitor activities.

- Ability to work during weekends and promotional campaigns when required.

- Comfortable standing for extended periods during promotional activities.

- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.

- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and brand promotion.

- Ability to meet sales and product sampling targets.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 12th Pass.

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, FMCG promotions, customer service, or brand activation.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Customer-centric approach with convincing ability.

- Basic sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.

- Basic knowledge of FMCG products and retail operations is an advantage.

- Team player with a proactive attitude.

- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication.
