Ledvore is hiring a project support resource to work from our Coimbatore office to support our international automotive client. You will be managing customer portal activity and international client relationships, document prepration and customer relation based full-time out of Ledvore's Coimbatore team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer portal activity on behalf of the client (e.g. supplier portals, sourcing platforms) — tracking RFQs, sourcing events, and open tasks through to closure
- Serve as the frontline contact for international customer discussions, primarily in the automotive sector
- Coordinate between the client's European/US customers and internal engineering/technical teams
- Support technical proposals and quotations, working closely with the client's engineering team
- Handle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with international clients
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in communication, reporting,
and portal management
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales/technical role, ideally in automotive or industrial B2B
- Strong experience handling international clients — Europe and/or USA
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (non-negotiable)
- Mechanical engineering background preferred, with basic CAD familiarity
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across digital customer/sourcing portals
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to automotive supplier portals (Ford/Covisint, SAP Ariba, or similar)
- Working knowledge of AI tools for productivity
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) — a bonus, not mandatory
- This role is based full-time at Ledvore's Coimbatore office, working on a dedicated international client account.
