Role Description The Project Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day project execution across onshore, offshore, marine, and industrial sites. The role includes planning and coordinating work activities, assigning tasks to project teams, and monitoring progress to ensure timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.

The Project

Supervisor will liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, prepare and maintain project documentation, and support resource planning, including manpower and material allocation.



Daily responsibilities also involve supervising structural, piping, fabrication, erection, and maintenance work, performing site inspections, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and hands-on leadership in agile project environments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project supervision and coordination skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and site management.
- Candidates should possess technical knowledge in structural steel works, piping systems, fabrication, erection, and industrial maintenance activities.
