? Location: Kochi (Head Office) D'LIFE Interiors is looking for a Project Process Auditor / Compliance Auditor to join our Projects Control Cell. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can independently monitor project processes, ensure compliance with company SOPs, and support operational excellence through effective auditing and reporting. Key Responsibilities

✔ Audit project processes as per the Projects Department SOP.

✔ Verify compliance through documented evidence, reports, approvals, photographs, system updates, and records.

✔ Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to defined procedures and timelines.

✔ Identify process deviations, delays, and non-compliance.

✔ Coordinate with stakeholders to understand the reasons for deviations and follow up on corrective actions.

✔ Maintain audit observations, compliance trackers, and exception reports.

✔ Escalate unresolved issues and recurring non-compliance to the reporting manager.

✔ Track the closure of audit observations within agreed timelines.





✔ Prepare periodic compliance reports and management summaries.

✔ Support continuous improvement of project processes and operational discipline. Qualifications

? B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, B.Arch, or a related discipline. Experience

✔ 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, compliance, auditing, quality control, site execution, or process monitoring. Key Skills

✅ Strong observation and analytical skills.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.

✅ High attention to detail and documentation.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

✅ Knowledge of site execution and project processes.

✅ Ability to identify process gaps and ensure timely follow-up.
