Role & responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Project Mechanical Engineering activities.

- Prepare and review Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed mechanical design documents.

- Review engineering deliverables from EPC/EPCM/PMC contractors.

- Design and engineer Static &
- Rotary Equipment

for Chemical/Fertilizer plants.

- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

- Support Engineering, Procurement &

- Construction (EPC)

project execution.

- Handle vendor evaluation, equipment selection, and contractor management.

- Ensure timely project execution, erection, commissioning, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with International/Indian Codes &

- Standards

, PESO, and Factory Rules.

- Support maintenance engineering and mechanical integrity activities.





- Drive HSE compliance and zero-incident project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Chemical/Fertilizer/Petrochemical projects.

- Experience in EPC, EPCM, or PMC project execution.

- Expertise in Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Reactors, Columns).

- Expertise in Rotary Equipment (Pumps, Compressors, Blowers, Agitators).

- Knowledge of Mechanical Erection &
- Commissioning

.

- Robust knowledge of ASME, API, TEMA, IS Codes, PESO, and Factory Rules.

- Experience with ERP/SAP, project documentation, and Mechanical Design software.

- Strong project management, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
