As a contract-based Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) service provider specializing in 66 KV electrical substations, ANTIQUE POWER PVT LTD operates multiple GETCO 66 KV substations in Gujarat to ensure safe and reliable power. Its scope of work includes daily substation operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment monitoring, and strict adherence to GETCO safety and operational standards. With a skilled technical workforce and deep field experience, the company is committed to operational excellence, safety, and long-term infrastructure reliability.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Morbi.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for electrical substation and related EPC/O&M; projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing procurement and expediting of materials, monitoring logistics and deliveries, and ensuring inspection and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves tracking project progress against timelines and budgets,



identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation and reports for management and clients.

The Project

Manager will also support adherence to safety and compliance requirements, facilitate communication among site teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, follow-up with vendors, and on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, verify compliance with technical specifications, and support commissioning activities.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage material movement, site deliveries, inventory tracking, and alignment with project timelines.
- Relevant experience in power, EPC, or substation operations and maintenance, preferably in high-voltage or utility environments.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work safely in an in office, operational environment.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in basic project tools and MS Office.
