Key Responsibilities:

- Zoho Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation projects involving Zoho Applications , ensuring successful deployment and integration based on client requirements.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive Project Plans , set milestones, and monitor project progress. Proactively address challenges and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and collaborate to enhance overall Customer Satisfaction .
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance teams,



to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent project delays and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the project, conducting thorough testing and validation to guarantee the functionality and reliability of Zoho Solutions .
- Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients on Zoho Applications . Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure clients maximize the benefits of the implemented solutions.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a focus on Zoho Implementation Projects .
- In-depth knowledge of Zoho Applications and their functionalities.
- Strong Project Management skills, including Planning, Execution, and Risk Management .
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with Cross-functional Teams .
