Role & responsibilities The role holder is responsible for Programming & Commissioning of BMS system in Commercial & Industrial segment.

Principal Accountabilities

- Test the installed controllers on site for commissioning
- Create & implement the logics/Graphics as per client requirements
- Trouble shooting control panels
- Providing the Technical support to the clients
- Good Knowledge in Writing reports & Documentation
- Performing validations (installation and operation qualification) for the equipment
- Technical evaluation of client requirement, Interlock write up as per the requirement and reviewing the interlock write up.
- Installation and commissioning of field sensors/instruments, VAV, BTU Meters & other HVAC Control devices.
- Positive Knowledge of Modbus RS485, Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet/MSTP,



BACnet IP & M-Bus Communication Protocols
- Good Knowledge of Making changes in Logic & Graphics as per the client requirement

Key Interaction Internal: Operations Manager, Project & Site Engineers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Educational qualifications: B.E/ Diploma Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
- Relevant experience : 2 to 3 Years

Knowledge:

- Knowledge on Niagara Framework is preferred.
- Knowledge on JACE programming & Commissioning is preferred.
- Knowledge on TREND IQ3E, IQ4E is preferred.
- Knowledge on PLC programming is preferred.

Skills:

- Team co-ordination
- Communication Skills.
