We're Hiring | Project Manager – Solar EPC & Open Access (Solar + BESS)

Tech Solar Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of Solar EPC, Open Access, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across India.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and proven experience in delivering large-scale renewable energy projects from conception to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete lifecycle of Solar EPC and BESS projects from engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Manage project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, procurement, and quality control.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC partners, OEMs, contractors, government authorities, DISCOMs, SLDCs, CEIG, and transmission utilities.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Review engineering drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) , BOQs, AC & DC system designs, and project documentation.
- Oversee procurement planning and validate AC & DC Bills of Materials (BOMs) .
- Monitor project risks, resolve technical challenges, and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, and site execution.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering .
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Solar EPC project execution .
- Hands-on experience in Open Access Solar Projects is mandatory.




- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked extensively in Maharashtra . Experience in Goa and Tamil Nadu will be an added advantage.
- Must have independently managed and successfully commissioned at least one Solar Open Access project of 20 MW or above .
- Solid understanding of Open Access regulations , grid connectivity, evacuation systems, and statutory approvals.
- Proven experience in liaisoning with DISCOMs, SLDCs, CEIG, transmission utilities, and government authorities.
- Thorough knowledge of SLDs, AC & DC system design, HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, grid synchronisation, and commissioning .
- Strong capability in reviewing and preparing AC & DC BOMs and coordinating engineering deliverables.
- Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and hybrid renewable energy projects will be highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
