Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - BFSI to lead and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across Retail Banking, Operations, Risk Management, and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong project delivery expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of driving cross-functional programs within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation projects across Retail, Operations, Risk, and Compliance functions.
- Develop and manage project charters, project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, communication plans, and status reporting.
- Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
- Drive collaboration between Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal audit guidelines, and governance standards.
- Facilitate project steering committee meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities,



and resource allocation.
- Conduct impact assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with technology vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
- Resolve project issues and drive decision-making across multiple stakeholders.

- 5-10 years of relevant Project Management experience within BFSI.

- Experience managing large transformation programs in Banking or Financial Services.
- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
- As per Protiviti Band / Market Standards.
