About Novato Interiors Novato Interiors is a premium residential interior design and execution company based in Trivandrum, Kerala. We specialize in designing and delivering high-quality modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and complete home interiors, combining thoughtful design with precision manufacturing.

We're looking for a proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple interior projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Manage residential interior projects from site handover to final completion.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, and daily site activities.
- Coordinate with designers, clients, site supervisors, factory, and installation teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and project costs.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and maintain smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and submit regular progress reports.




- Ensure adherence to safety and company procedures.

Requirements
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out, residential construction, or project management.
- Good understanding of interior execution, finishing works, and site coordination.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
