About Novato Interiors

Novato Interiors is a premium residential interior design and execution company based in Trivandrum, Kerala. We specialize in designing and delivering high-quality modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and complete home interiors, combining thoughtful design with precision manufacturing.

We're looking for a proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple interior projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage residential interior projects from site handover to final completion.

Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, and daily site activities.

Coordinate with designers, clients, site supervisors, factory, and installation teams.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and project costs.

Resolve on-site technical issues and maintain smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.

Maintain project documentation and submit regular progress reports.





Ensure adherence to safety and company procedures.

Requirements

B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out, residential construction, or project management.

Good understanding of interior execution, finishing works, and site coordination.

Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Experience managing modular interior projects.

Vendor and contractor management.

Client handling and conflict resolution.

Strong planning and organizational abilities.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
