Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of road and highway construction projects.

- Plan project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.

- Manage site engineers, subcontractors, manpower, and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with MoRTH specifications, IRC standards, and project quality requirements.

- Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization.

- Review BOQs, billing, measurements, and project documentation.

- Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.

- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.

- Prepare project MIS, DPRs, and progress reports for management.

- Oversee procurement planning and material management.





- Drive successful project completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).

- 815 years of experience in road/highway construction projects.

- Hands-on experience in PMGSY, NHAI, PWD, or EPC projects.

- Solid knowledge of MoRTH Specifications, IRC Codes, BOQ, billing, and project planning.

- Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.

- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

- Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites, if required.
