Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) to lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, UAT coordination, cutover planning, Go-Live, and Hypercare support while ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; implementation projects.

- Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and partners.

- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and ensure alignment between business needs and solution design.

- Drive project governance, status reporting, RAID management, and executive communications.

- Manage Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.

- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, setting readiness, and business sign-off.

- Lead cutover planning, Go-Live readiness assessments, and deployment activities.

- Coordinate Hypercare support and post-production stabilization activities.





- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, delivery methodologies, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of project management experience with ERP implementation projects.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; implementations.

- Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse business processes.

- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and project reporting tools.

- Proven experience in UAT, Change Management, Go-Live, and Hypercare support.

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Certifications (Good To Have)

- PMP (Project Management Professional)

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

- PMI-ACP

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification

- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications.

- Azure Fundamentals or related Microsoft certification
