Contractual - 18 Months Role Description:

The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for procurement and supply chain automation initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and supervising inspections related to quality and compliance. The role also involves managing logistics processes, identifying and resolving risks or delays, preparing status reports, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and in alignment with Manthhan’s strategic goals. Qualifications:

Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.

Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and experience working as an Expeditor to track and accelerate deliveries and supplier performance.

Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to manage quality checks, compliance reviews, and documentation.

Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, scheduling, and coordination with supply chain partners.

Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or related domains is beneficial.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
