Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Sambalpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for cable and conductor orders, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project milestones, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring timely expediting of materials, inspections, and logistics activities. The role involves collaborating with production,



quality assurance, logistics, and customer teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

The Project

Manager will prepare regular status reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including Project Management and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to ensure timely flow of materials and activities.
- Inspection expertise, including familiarity with Inspection processes and quality standards relevant to cables and conductors.
- Logistics Management skills to oversee transportation, dispatch planning, and on-time delivery to clients and sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field; relevant project management certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or power sector projects, preferably in cables, conductors, or related products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and office software, and ability to work in a hybrid setting with on-site presence in Sambalpur.
