The Implementation

Rescue service provides specialized support to address ERP project challenges, ensuring successful NetSuite deployments tailored to each client’s needs.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects while collaborating with clients, functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders. PMP (Project Management Qualified) certification is preferred.

Qualifications Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.

Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and external stakeholders.





Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery.

Conduct regular project review meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Manage project documentation, change requests, and project governance activities.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Drive stakeholder engagement and build strong client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Support project closure, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation reviews.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–10 years of project management experience in ERP or enterprise software implementation.

Proven experience managing multiple end-to-end implementation projects.

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.

Experience in ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, or similar enterprise applications.

Experience working with ERP implementation partners or IT consulting organizations.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
