Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad and PAN INDIA.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for pre-engineered building solutions, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal design, manufacturing, and site teams, as well as external vendors and clients, to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves managing expediting activities, monitoring logistics and inspections, resolving project risks and issues, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting.





The Project

Manager will be expected to drive continuous improvement in project processes and support strong client relationships through transparent communication and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting activities to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess inspection and quality-focused skills, including experience in Inspection processes for construction or manufacturing projects.
- Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, such as Logistics Management expertise to coordinate material movement, site deliveries, and vendor schedules.
- Relevant experience in construction, pre-engineered buildings, industrial projects, or infrastructure environments is beneficial.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
