Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong infrastructure and data platform background to lead large-scale projects involving databases, operating systems, ETL tools, and enterprise schedulers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality,



and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large, complex infrastructure and data projects involving multiple technologies and cross functional teams

Own end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure

Drive project delivery to ensure deadlines, milestones, and SLAs are met without compromise.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports

Identify project risks and issues early; implement mitigation and escalation strategies

Ensure adherence to infrastructure standards, security policies, and compliance requirements

Facilitate cross-team collaboration between infrastructure, database, ETL, and application teams Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for client communications

Lead client meetings, status reviews, and steering committee discussions

Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and resolutions clearly and proactively

Build strong client relationships through transparent, timely, and effective communication Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or data-centric environments

Strong working knowledge of: Databases: Oracle, SQL ServerOperating Systems: UNIX, WindowsETL Tools: InformaticaSchedulers: AutoSys, Control-M Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-technology projects

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities

Experience working with onshore/offshore teams (preferred) Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification

Experience with IT infrastructure modernization or data platform programs

Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise delivery models
