Role Description-The Project Manager (Civil )will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects involving Paving+ materials. The role requires close coordination with engineering, operations, contractors, vendors, clients, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.

The position is full-time, on-site, and based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and execute civil and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies.

Supervise contractors, site teams, and day-to-day construction activities. Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, quality, and productivity targets. Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.

Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety requirements, quality procedures,



and statutory requirements. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical, operational, and execution-related issues. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor project costs, identify variances, and implement cost-control measures. Maintain project documentation, site records, progress reports, MIS, and inspection reports. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.

Work closely with engineering and operations teams to optimize the application of Paving+ sustainable construction materials. Report project status, key risks, delays, costs, and performance to management. Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree(B.E/Btech)/Masters Degree/Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;

Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices or cleantech solutions is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in a quick-paced environment.





Experience Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure concepts, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to practical site conditions.

Experience in Construction Management, including supervision of site activities, quality assurance, and safety compliance. Competence in Budgeting and cost control, with the ability to track expenditures and optimize resource use.

Key Performance

Indicators(KPI'S) Project Schedule Adherence: Percentage of projects/milestones completed within planned timelines. On-Time Material Availability: Percentage of critical materials delivered as per project schedule.

Project Cost Control: Adherence to approved project budgets and control of avoidable costs.

Quality Compliance: Percentage of inspections/activities completed without major non-conformities or rework.

Site Productivity: Achievement of planned installation and execution targets.

Issue Resolution: Average turnaround time for project, supplier, logistics, and site-related issues.

Safety Performance: Compliance with safety requirements and achievement of zero major safety incidents.

Documentation Accuracy: Timely and accurate submission of project reports, inspection records, and MIS.

Stakeholder Satisfaction: Effective coordination and timely resolution of stakeholder concerns.

Continuous Improvement: Number and impact of process improvement initiatives implemented.
