We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (GenAI) to lead the delivery of AI-powered software solutions from concept to production. You will work closely with engineering, product, design, QA, and clients to drive execution of modern software development and Generative AI initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, brings strong technical understanding, and has successfully delivered complex software projects involving AI technologies.

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on project management experience in software development.

Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects.

Experience managing

Web applications or enterprise platforms built from scratch.

Product enhancements and feature delivery for existing software platforms.

Cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI or AI-based software projects is strongly preferred. Candidates should have managed actual AI solution development rather than only AI adoption or tooling initiatives.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and up-to-date software engineering practices.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Started their career in software development or another technical role before transitioning into project management.

Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI application development.

Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering workflows, MCP, or AI orchestration frameworks is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities:
