Our client is a leading organization in the Warehousing, Logistics, and Infrastructure Development sector, managing large-scale projects across India.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support Senior Management in coordinating multiple projects, preparing MIS reports, tracking project progress, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams and stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with project teams and monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Track pending action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and monitor action closures.
- Prepare qualified presentations, reports, and business documents for management reviews.
- Support Board Meetings by coordinating schedules, compiling presentations, and maintaining confidential records.
- Analyse project data and generate meaningful insights for management decision-making.




- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
