About The Role RED Global is currently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to spearhead its global e-Invoicing and eDocument Compliance initiatives within a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role offers an exciting prospect to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to international regulatory standards while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing compliance projects related to tax and financial regulations, with a proven ability to handle complex stakeholder environments and deliver results within tight deadlines. This position is remote-based, offering flexibility and the chance to work on impactful projects that shape global financial compliance landscapes.

Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically within enterprise technology or compliance projects. Prior experience managing e-Invoicing and eDocument compliance initiatives is essential.

Candidates should have working knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, along with a solid understanding of global tax compliance frameworks including PEPPOL, CTC, VAT, SAF-T, and country-specific e-Invoicing mandates. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are highly advantageous. Strong stakeholder management skills,



excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to risk management are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of e-Invoicing and eDocument compliance projects, overseeing planning, execution, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Tax, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, ERP teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement compliance strategies.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
- Ensure adherence to global regulations related to e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, VAT, SAF-T, and CTC across multiple countries and regions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support the seamless integration of new compliance requirements into existing systems and processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, provide regular project status updates, and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
