About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and execution capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Business, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Track project KPIs and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements and promote Agile best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning (for Agile projects).
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a technology-driven organization.




- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:

- Jira

- Confluence

- Asana

- Trello
- Monday.com

- Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification.
- Experience managing SaaS, Product, or Technology projects.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and modern software development practices.
- Experience with resource planning and budget management.
- Knowledge of project governance and reporting frameworks.
