Role Description The Project Manager (Construction Industry) at Nexfore Consulting is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and overseeing expediting, procurement follow-up, and logistics related to materials and equipment.

The Project

Manager will monitor site activities, supervise inspection processes, prepare project documentation and reports, and ensure that safety protocols and quality requirements are consistently met. The role also involves identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement across project workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including experience with Project Management methodologies and coordination of construction activities.




- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting processes for materials, equipment, and services.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including overseeing Inspection activities, quality checks, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management for materials flow, delivery scheduling, and coordination with suppliers and contractors.
- Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects, particularly in safety-focused environments.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certifications in project management or safety are an advantage.
