Job Summary: As a Project Manager-Civil /Interior/ Construction & Fabrication at Acme Designers, you will work closely with the Contractors and responsible for Project completion as per the Schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project progress and ensure timely completion in alignment with the main contractors schedule.
- Manage and coordinate all site activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, prefabrication, false ceiling, painting, tiling, furniture, and carpentry work.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards as per design and specifications.
- Monitor and verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) against work completed in office.
- Procure materials, negotiate with vendors, and obtain necessary approvals from the parent company.
- Supervise site engineers, quantity surveyors, and labor teams while maintaining attendance and work records.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and maintain clear communication with the parent company and senior project manager.
- Manage vendor and labor payments, certify work completion, and assist in preparing running bills.
- Provide daily updates via email and WhatsApp groups.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Shimla’s local material markets and labor availability.
- Experience in managing site operations, quality control, and BOQ verification.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and reporting skills.
