Job Role

- Meeting with management to discuss project details, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Understanding vision, mission and objectives of top management
- Preparing weekly reports summarizing project status
- Taking review of existing operating system and procedures.
- Finalization of operating procedures.
- Communicating with architects, engineers, suppliers, billing team and subcontractors and other construction professionals to ensure that all plans, materials and equipment are ordered in a timely manner to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordination with MEP, structural and MOEF consultants




- Monitoring material inventory levels and ordering additional materials when needed to ensure that construction tasks can be completed on time
- Finalization of project plan and scheduling including quality and safety plan, providing budgets
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the organization
- Finalization of method statement and checklist for various activities.
- Monitoring quantitive and qualitative progress
- Providing reports on possible bottlenecks in advance
- Providing list of non-compliance.
- Providing details of corrective and preventive actions
- Reconciliation
